FRENSHAM C O U N T R Y P A R K SITEFEES • PITCHFEE: • £3600 + VAT per annum: Communal Maintenance, Street Lighting, CCTV, Electric Gates and Site Security. • EXTRAS: • Gold Package – £1400 + VAT per annum: Full Garden Maintenance to include Weekly Grass Cutting, Borders, Weeding, Pruning and Leaf Collection, Monthly Window Cleaning, One Annual External Deep Clean, Gutters Emptied and Cleaned, Power Wash and Re-sanding ofDriveway. • Silver Package – £1000 + VAT per annum: Garden Maintenance to include Grass cutting and Borders, Leaf Collection, Monthly Window Cleaning and Gutters Emptied and Cleaned. • BronzePackage-£600+VATperannum:GardenMaintenancetoincludeGrasscuttingandBordersandLeafCollection. • UTILITIES: • Gas - Metered and Usage Billed Quarterly • Electricity - Metered and Usage BilledQuarterly • Water – Metered and Usage Billed Quarterly • Sewage – Yearly Disposal And Maintenance Costs Divided Between Lodge Owners • BT, Internet & Sky TV - OwnersResponsibility • Annual fees for full 12 months use, 1st January to 31st December 2016 • Revised October2016 Information correct at time of going to press.
