To build a big organization there is the need for a big army and hence the recruitment of new employees is what one can do. Hiring people is just the first step of the process there is a long way to go, including internship, training, and career mentoring all these play a crucial role in the process once an employee starts the actual working. In this article, we will discuss how important it is to give proper training and internship for the new employees in the business. Internship In a business model with a higher vision, an employee’s practical knowledge is very important. The internship is the section or the process that helps to bridge the gap between theory and practical knowledge. As a fresher in the particular position only academic or theory knowledge will not help you to complete the task there is a need for hands-on experiences under the seniors who are well-versed in the work. By doing so one can get to know the real-world application and the challenges that will arise. The espouse gained in the internship will not only improve one’s working skills but also cultivate essential soft skills like teamwork, communication, and professional behavior of the individual. The internship gives the actual working experience which will be easy for us when we enter employment. It also makes us mentally strong as it reduces the fear of starting the career journey and facing the hierarchy level in the business organization. Training program The major thing an organization has to focus on after the process of onboarding the employees is the training program. The newly recruited crew of employees will be unaware of the work culture and business model of their organization training is first on the go process. Training not only provides knowledge about the business but also the role of the particular person in an organization. There is a myth that training is only for the freshers but it is also necessary for the experienced person as there will be variation in the working culture. When there are no standard guidelines set in the organization it is very difficult to manage their employees as well as it affects the company's growth. Businesses that have a culture of open communication and regular feedback empower their employees to understand their strengths and areas for development at the same time this encourages the employees who are already performing in their work life. Mentoring is necessary for a team or an organization to boost their work life in their low phase and overcome failures. Feedback system Businesses aiming for success prioritize the creation of a feedback-friendly culture. Business or managing an organization is not a one-way process, one should always be open to feedback as it gives a reality check for an individual and parallelly helps in the organization's success. Regular feedback from employees about the work environment and working on the same will lead to betterment. The organization focuses on performance evaluation but ignores the feedback from the employees which has a negative impact. Hence Feedback mechanisms from employees and end users are crucial in business.
