The term can also be applied to any machine that exhibits traits related to a person's mind like learning and problem-solving.

Today, AI has become quite a real thing that has a more significant impact on our routine and working lives. However, each technology has its pros and cons. Whereas AI is useful in simplifying tasks and minimizing human interference, the technology is believed to eat jobs and rule the world by manipulating the human race in the near future. For a quick refresher— AI or artificial intelligence, sometimes known as machine learning or machine intelligence, is the technology that can mimic human intelligence in tasks like decision- making, speech recognition, perception, and translations. AI Can Simplify the Tasks: Many of the tasks are repetitive, hindering the workflow and productivity as well. AI can automate those tasks across the organizations, freeing up workers to get focused on their core tasks. For example, AI can automate customer support by handling repetitive or instruction messages. AI Can Work for an Indefinite Period: Human workers can work for typically 8-10 hours at a stretch. On the other hand, AI can work for an indefinite time with uninterrupted power delivery and proper maintenance. AI Can Ensure More Accuracy: As AI is programmed to do work in the same pattern, they can do work without causing errors. For example, a human is more likely to make mistakes with complicated account math. However, an automated account tool can calculate any digit number flawlessly. 4

For example, the integration of AI tools in the healthcare industry has enhanced the efficiency of treatments by reducing the risk of false diagnosis. AI Can Be Used By Anyone: Today’s AI is easy to use. With home automation, a bill on energy and thermostat can be saved. Augmented reality lets consumers view items in the comfort of their place. AI Can Be Used in Risky Situations: One of the critical advantages of AI is its usage in risky operations. Several places have their risks. Having a manual workforce might make someone’s life prone to risk. Instead, robots and AI machines can help overcome this and are a significant impact of AI. A machine has no emotions 5

  6. Risk associated with artificial intelligence. A Threat to Traditional Jobs: Machines are notorious for eating up the jobs in the past. AI can automate predictable and repetitive tasks. For example, the technology can replace human interference in mundane tasks such as form filling, calculation, personalization, and general instructions used in customer support. Drones and robots are gradually delivering couriers. However, it can’t be denied that human interference can’t be wholly overlooked in such operations. For example, it requires someone to operate and monitor the jobs being done by robots. Whereas AI can automate some tasks, it is likely to create some new jobs as well. Transparency is Not Ensured Many AI systems were created using neural networks that are complex interconnected node systems. But these systems are less capable of showing their “intention” for decisions. They show you nothing beyond the input and the output, making them complicated. Operating companies are likely to blame the machine’s functionality for saving their skin.It is not clear if the company can be held responsible for an algorithm learned by the device.
