HB5 College Readiness Course Frameworks from TSC • This is the TSC College Readiness Leadership Team’s Work: • Assembled a team of 42 higher education and K-12 leaders and content specialists, as well as educational partners from across the state to develop content frameworks for the HB5 college prep math and ELA courses. Participants include: • 8 ISDs, 7 Community Colleges, 2 Universities, and 1 ESC • Charles A. Dana Center and IPSI at UT-Austin • Texas Workforce Commission • Educate Texas • TASA, THECB • TASM

  5. HB5 College Readiness Course Frameworks from TSC Preliminary frameworks for each course will be available by early June 2014 to the general public. Over the next year, the content teams will meet to consider feedback and to further enhance the documents.

  6. HB5 College Readiness Course Frameworks from TSC The TSC is soliciting commitment from select ISDs to pilot course frameworks by August 2014. The task force’s goal is to have final version of the course frameworks completed by June 2015.
