Introduction • TTA (Telecommunication Technology Association) • Domestic Standardization Activities • Industrial ICT standard establishment • Coordination between industrial requirement and government policies • Proposal of National Standard (KICS) • Global Standardization Activities • 3GPP/3GPP2 Organizational Members • Activities on IEEE, ITU(R/T/D), AWG, WRC, and so on • CJK(China-Japan-Korea) standardization cooperation

  6. 3. Transposition Schedule • Tentative Plan • In order to meet ITU-R schedule, it is necessary to freeze TTA draft standard by mid of May.

Other Issues on Transposition • Confirmation of 802.16m Draft version to adopt • Is D12 the final version? • What if it is disapproved by the RevCom? • What is the future plan of IEEE in this case? • Official standard publish for IEEE 802.16m • According to MoU between TTA and IEEE-SA, the official standard number & standard document is necessary to adopt IEEE standard. • Next WATO meeting • Needs to be held before WirelessMAN-Advanced is revised.
