  1. Data Extraction of Clients information from the System

  2. Check the Number of clients you have on the system.On the Client search screen

  3. Report Generator • Step One is to decide on either: • Meeting Date (Date in the Client Meetings Tab) or • Contact Date (Date of first Contact in client profile).

  4. Report Generator • Step Two Preview a Query and undertake an action (Print Labels, Text, Download, MailMerge that query) OR

  5. Report Generator • Step Two Analyse your clients using one of your 30 dropdown menus (Using the Analysis Menu field and the Analysis Button)

  6. You can print this report or copy this data into Excel to generate a graph • This report can also be generated using any combination of the 30 fields.

  7. Step Three • To Graph this data: • Highlight the data you need by moving your cursor over the information • Press Ctrl C (to copy)

  8. Open a new Excel worksheet • CTRL V to paste to information from the report • Adjust details in Excel if required -

  9. Ensure that the Information in Excel remains highlighted Click and follow the Chart Wizard Add in more columns of data to get trend analysis

  10. Highlight Graph in Excel Ctrl C to copy Open up your word document Ctrl V to paste it into your document

  11. Graphical Analysis • Extracting Data from the Graphs into Paint and then into a word document

  12. Generate your Graph • Press Prnt Scrn button on your keyboard • Open up paint (Start – All Programmes – Accessories - Paint) • Ctrl V – Paste

  13. Ctrl to copy the selected area Open up your word document Ctrl V to paste it into your document

  20. Individual Texting Must allow Text for old clients –Tickbox& Update All new clients Default – YES Format of Number (no – or text)
