  5. JCI specific training • Can utilize off-site warehouse to pre-train • Train specific to work instructions • Provide detailed seat trim training prior to placing on an actual build • Create fixtures to train employees on how to roll trim around the foam and frame

  11. Attendance & Call –Off Expectations Attendance • Associates are permitted 2 absences within a 30 day period. The 3rd absence results in termination. • Any absence in the first 2 weeks is grounds for potential termination. Call-Off Procedures • All MS associates are required to call the MS “call off line” for any absence, planned or unplanned. This includes arriving late for assigned shift. • MS will provide 24/7 staffing support

Transition Plan • Option to roll current employees over to the MS payroll, if necessary • MS will proactively build a pool of 5-10 people who have been screened to quickly fill any attrition and/or support absences to reduce JCI’s downtime • Option to conduct pre-placement JCI plant tour to reduce turnover and / or video training. • MS to support open positions due to attrition on a trial basis • Management review to rate performance after 1 month

Financial Investment • Rollover Employees- 35% Mark up • New Hire Employees- 38% Mark up • Overtime Billing- hours worked over 40/week billed at x1.5 • Bill Rate Includes: • Temp to Hire Option after 90 days • 5 Panel Drug Screen • Background check • Dedicated Account Team • *Rates applicable for production/assembly staff only and are not applicable for sorting/inspection.
