NETC N7 Policy/Process for Migration from NAVEDTRA 130/131 to NAVEDTRA 136 • NETC INST 1500.10 (13 Aug 12) defining policy: • Any new content development within the NETC domain, for revision of 50 percent or greater of existing content, shall be performed using AIM, CPM , and LOM . Learning Centers (LCs) should strive to convert all course material using AIM, CPM, and LOM as workload permits . A Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) is required to be developed in the CPM for all revisions that add new work to a course (tasks ) , new developments, and baselining of an existing course, regardless of the development tool.

AIM I-II/CPM/LO Module Functional Interfaces with Atlas Pro • Atlas Pro LMS: AIM I/AIM II/LO Module now output SCORM 2004 ILT content packages that can be delivered to ECR and tracked via LMS • ROCCE: LO Module now exports to and will import from ROCCE CBT design data and metadata to support integrated development and life-cycle maintenance • Assessment Engine: AIM I/AIM II/LO Module now output test items to Assessment Engine

NETC/OPNAV N15 Integration of Business Processes • OPNAV INST 1500.76 Rev C in development • Update on OPNAV level interest and policy WRT use of NAVEDTRA 137 and 136 (and CPM/LO Module) • NETC N74 working with aviation community (Kelee Plagis of CNAF) on ‘harmonizing’ NAVEDTRA 136-137-138 business process with that in Naval Aviation Training System (NATS) Handbook for NETC domain and acquisition community standardization • ** Will recommence Sep 2012 post NAVEDTRA revisions and Stand-up of OPNAV N9’s
