    2. Lecteur de plaques ELISA Cet appareil agit un peu la manire dun spectrophotomtre. Il prend des mesures dabsorption de diffrentes longueurs dondes de solutions liquides. Notre appareil peut lire des plaques de 96 puits en quelques secondes.

    3. Lecteur de plaques ELISA Principe de lELISA (abrg) Il faut fixer des antignes au fond des puits de la plaques. On ajoute du srum (si lanticorps correspondant lantigne est prsent, il sy fixera) On ajoute ensuite un anti-anticorps marqu par un fluorochrome ou une enzyme. Ci-contre: Puits jaunes = rsultats positifs
