NREGA - Execution Issues • Lack of a proper system for identification and enrolment of beneficiaries resulting in discrepancies in Job Cards • Only 60% of the Muster genuine • No transparency in the work evaluation process which is finally used for calculation of wages to be disbursed • Non-payment of unemployment allowances which become due within 15 days of the demand for work • Refer: NREGA in MP: case study document
