  6. EXAMPLES One-family houses However different the design may be, the energy efficiency in the building system and in the energy engineering is of the same kind: ÖHS buildings are highly efficient with simultaneously excellent indoor climate.

  7. EXAMPLES Multi-family houses ÖHS realizes passive multi-family houses of all dimensions. The houses can be fitted with timber, plastered or mixed facades.

  8. EXAMPLES Residential complexes ÖHS builds residential complexes according to the passive house standard. In Denmark, we already erected complexes with 66, 32 and 4 living units.
