  6. PSBC Strategic Plan To be a value-added partner, the PSBC strategic plan has three focus areas that will support and grow our relationship with Government while acting as an advocate and voice for the ICT Vendor community. Proactively engage with government as they embark on their Procurement Modernization journey to positively effect decisions and changes that will enhance the way Government procures to maximize the value for taxpayers dollars. Objective Work with government to source and understand other bid evaluation models that support Best Value Procurement to influence government to evolve Ontario’s approach to be more outcome based vs input driven Strategic Focus Work with government and membership to bring Best-in-Class thought leadership and experience around large transformational projects Work with government to establish an Advisory Committee to address issues relating to current day-to-day procurement challenges around T’s and C’s
