Wireless exchange of names between people having conversations • Wireless visitor tracking system, send invitations, send meeting requests, exchange business e-cards • Remote control for IPOD and wireless sharing of IPOD tunes • Sunglasses that allow you to watch movies and play games on the lenses of the glasses. They would also see through smoke, fog and sandstorms • Badge is used to automatically login/logout to lab computers. Also allow entry into the room. • Badge is used for login access and room access throughout the building where one works • Add body sensors to the badge. Use badge to display or call emergency help. Targeted for people with disabilities. • Connect badge to body temperature sensor. Display body temperature on badge display and transmit it to central station. • Class in session: Professor walk into classroom and sign outside door changes to "Class in Session". Client Authentication in subways. Temperature sensor.

  3. Link badge wirelessly to cell phone. Display caller ID information on the badge LED. A security device that wirelessly transmits alert signal if accelerometer triggers sudden movement. • Security badge shows scrolling your name/credentials. Wirelessly opens doors to rooms that one is authorized to enter. • First make the badge smaller. Friend finder: store personal info/likes and as you walk around this data is wirelessly exchanged with other badge holders. Later you can search the list for people you met who are/could be your friends. Class QUIZER: teacher asks questions, student uses badge to record answer. Wireless is used to transmit the responses and deliver the grade back to the badge. • Badge is used in high-schools to track student attendance. Show the name of a person (with same badge) closest to you in a conference. • Local "instant messaging" among people in the room. Measure speed distance while "walking/driving". Simple Scrolling Clock display. • Social networking - program your personality data into badge. When someone with similar personality is nearby, your badge lights up. Give badge to people in the same club so you know when people from your club are around.
