  4. Institutional Foodservice • A. School Foodservice • B. Health Care Foodservice: • hospitals, nursing homes, etc. • C. Foodservice Within a Consumer Business • Recreation: sports arenas, zoos, movie theatres • Retail: bookstores, grocery stores, gas stations
