Warm up - Venn Diagram and Closure questions from Chapter 11 (Mrs. Dubose activity) Agenda – 1. Jamestown text organization 2. Facebook activity Homework – DJ’s for chapter 15

Facebook Activity Choose a leading character from To Kill a Mockingbird and write their name in the correct box (10 pts) Create an illustration of your character based on textual evidence (cited) and your own visualization (10 pts) Fill out at least 2 hobbies, 2 strengths, and two weaknesses. BE SURE TO CITE TEXTUAL EVIDENCE! (30 pts.) Choose at least 2 quotes that your character has said that exemplify their most important qualities and use these quotes to create an “About Me” paragraph. (10 pts.) In the “Wall” box, choose three other characters from the novel, with a quote that represents them. Also specify the relationship to your character. (10 pts.) In the “photos” section, choose 3 major scenes from the novel that portray your character and illustrate them in the boxes provided. Include an explanation of the significance of the photo. (30 pts.)
