Creating Accessible Facilities • Now over 400 IFI Mark accredited and reaccredited gyms • Accredit at 3 Progressive levels for continuous improvement • Provisional, Registered and Excellent • IFI Mark awarded after assessment visit against established Standards • Audits carried out by MITIE Compliance • Against IFI Mark Standards reviewed and updated in 2010 to reflect legislative changes and best practice (next review in 2014) • Audit customer journey, physical building and operational policies www.efds.co.uk
