WPC tasks Establish clustergroups for each of the four selected business clusters Collect relevant studies related to description and development of the selected clusters Structure the method and process of SWOT analysis Carry out SWOT analysis in the selected clusters Compare the SWOT analysis Apply the method of ITP in the four clusters Etc. 3 ▪ www.regionmidtjylland.dk

WPC cluster coordinator tasks • Set up guidelines for the collection of cluster data, the SWOT analysis and reporting • Structure and implement the process of comparing the SWOT analysis made together with WPB • Secure that WPB receives reports of good quality regarding the data collection and the SWOTanalysis • Assistance together with WPB in applying IFP in the four cluster gruops • Act as a link between the other WPC´s and the four clustergroups • Coordinate activities between the four cluster groups if necessary 4 ▪ www.regionmidtjylland.dk

The clustergroup coordinators • Establish the cluster group • Plan, arrange and lead the meetings in the cluster groups. • Send out all relevant information and guidance to the group members for the data collection and SWOT analysis • Give advice to the group members • Act as a link between the regional business cluster representatives and the WPC. Keep the WPC coordinator informed • Apply together with the group members the IFP. Assistance from WPB • Etc 5 ▪ www.regionmidtjylland.dk

  6. Representative and coordinator of the single regional business cluster • Participate in the meetings in the cluster group • Plan and implement the collection of the relevant cluster data for the regional cluster. Can be done in cooperation with the cluster coordinator • Plan and implement the SWOT analysis of the regional cluster. Can be done in cooperation with the cluster coordinator • Document all relevant activities regarding the data collection and SWOT analysis of the regional cluster • Apply the method of IFP on the selected cluster. Can be done in cooperation with the Cluster group coordinator. Assistance from WPB • Etc. 6 ▪ www.regionmidtjylland.dk

  7. Some further comments • Things can be done different in the different cluster groups • The four groups are on different stage regarding time table and completed tasks • If we can finalize the data collection and SOT analysis this year we can still catch up 7 ▪ www.regionmidtjylland.dk
