  1. HOW DO NEGATIVE REVIEWS AFFECT THE REPUTATION OF YOUR COMPANY: WAYS TO CHALLENGE. Any digital medium is an open platform. The reviews you post, be it negative or positive, they are seen by everyone. But, there can be negative reviews that will defame your brand. And, what is the result? Your popularity that must be built over years or months shall get ruined. Though you can stay out of the negativity of these comments, you cannot ‘ignore’ them. Strict action should be taken against these negative reviews. How do you identify the fake reviews and delete the fake/negative reviews from Google? It is not simple. But, it is possible. First of all, check for the details of the reviews. If they do not contain enough information, it is fake. For example, if you have used the product in real, the description will be different with every minute details. Check for the reviewer’s account. And check their truthfulness. You can easily check the reviews they had posted about others. Now, if they are fake, undoubtedly the reviews will carry the same style and the wordings too. Now, the review should not be too defaming as in to destroy your brand or business. If you find comments like that, those are well-executed fake reviews which aim to cut down your business from the competition. Another important feature of a fake review is that it lacks a lot of details. Be it in language or style or the description of the product, the review may contain not enough details or details not believable.
