  2. Grant Opportunities for 2010-2011 Apply for $3,000 to support your work in LIFNEI LOMED: A. Apply for $2000 to launch a small pilot 21st century model of Jewish education B. Apply for $1000 to implement professional learning that supports your model. 2. Apply for a 2:1 matching grant up to $2500 to work with an Educational Resource Provider (ERP).

LIFNEI LOMED Congregations will Learn Together as a Community • Two Yachdav Gatherings for ELTs August 2010, 4 hours May 2011, 4 hours • Two Regional Living and Learning Events for ELTsOctober 2010, 4 hours • February 2011, 4 hours • Two Webinars for ELTsNovember 2010, 1.5 hours March 2010, 1.5 hours A calendar of LOMED events will be available in May 2010. LIFNEI LOMED Grant Opportunity

LIFNEI LOMED Congregations will Strengthen Collaborative Teams • Consulting: • 4- 6 hours per month of private consulting with your ELT • Collaborative Teams: • ELT meets 10 times during the year to reach your goals • * Congregations set the calendar for the year in the summer A calendar of LOMED events will be available in May 2010. LIFNEI LOMED Grant Opportunity

LIFNEI LOMED Congregations will Design and Deliver Professional Learning • 6 - 8 hours of professional learning for PLTs and teachers • PLTs design and deliver learning • Suggested calendaring: 1 planning meeting per month A full calendar of LOMED events and time commitments will be available in May 2010. LIFNEI LOMED Grant Opportunity

Grant Opportunity Two Educational Resource Provider (ERP) Grant Congregations engaged in LIFNEI LOMED can also: Apply for up to $2500 for a 2:1 matching grant to work with an Educational Resource Provider (ERP). • To help you design and facilitate professional learning. • To help you design and facilitate powerful learning for your learners. • Not everyone will be eligible. • Applications due: FALL, 2010 LIFNEI LOMED Grant Opportunity
