Problems/Opportunities • All organization is currently paper run • Can get messy, disorganized • Everything is in one place • Personal and contact information • Team and lesson schedule, people involved • Relaying information is easier • Finding information is quicker • Managers can focus on other areas • Could Expand to other club areas in the future
