Slide 2 – School year 2013-14 Background – Holy Trinity Lamorbey CE (VA) School : • School established 173 years ago • Proud of its sporting and music tradition • Culturally diverse, over 26 first languages • Close links to its local church • Good partnership with parents • Good (Ofsted 2012) Successes • High achievement at end of KS2 with over 36% achieving Level 5 and above and a number of children achieving level 6 in writing, SPAG and maths. It also supports children with Special Needs who make good progress • Sporting achievement: Many representatives at local and county levels: Local league champions and runners up in Bexley Football league • Day of Prayer was very well supported by church and school. Developments • Develop new Senior Management Team • Continue to raise achievement particularly for those achieving highly at end of KS1 • Develop all teaching to be good/outstanding David Snow Anglican Schools Partnership

Slide 3 – Partnership Benefits • Continuous professional development such as the Feedback project, NQT and Senior management support has been highly beneficial • Moderation exercises such as K1 and Early years has been successful • Shared experience of heads from different schools working together to encourage development for al • The ability for the ASP to work together for procurement and resources is a strength • Head Teacher’s Comments “I value the companionship and experience of the other schools in the ASP to help my school to improve.
