OSTEOSARCOME : PATHOLOGIE DE LA CROISSANCE ? • 150 nouveaux cas par an en France • Sujets jeunes (âge moyen 18 ans) •  croissance ? • Principes thérapeutiques • Chimiothérapie(methotrexate, cisplatin, doxorubicin) • chirurgie • Chimiothérapie (+ ifosfamide) • 60% survie à 5 ans, 30% quand des métastases pulmonaires sont diagnostiquées

  21. THÉRAPIE GÉNIQUE Objectif :faire produire à une cellule par transfert de gène ce quenormalement elle n’exprime pas ou trop peu 1. Insertion du gène dans un vecteur2. Contact vecteur / cellule3. Entrée et transport du gène dans le noyau cellulaire4. Transcription de l'ARNm à partir du gène5. Traduction de l'ARNm en protéine6. Sécrétion, fixation membranaire ou expression cytoplasmique de la protéine.
