Creation Of The New Prometric Operation Center (POC) • Relocation of Woodlawn, St. Paul and Canton Operations Centers To A New Global Operations Center • U.S. Operations locations were consolidated into one state of the art facility in White Marsh, MD as of 7/1/2013 • Multi-million dollar investment creating 100 new positions • Call Center, Application Processing and Test Event Planning teams relocated to this one location • Client Services was involved with the training of new staff and management
