Brussels, 9 November 2004 The USET is the perspective of SCATTER on: local governments information needs (the user) what is essential to know about urban sprawl (indicators) what local governments should do to act strategically on urban sprawl The USET binds together planning objectives and information needs in an interactive web-based information explorer
