Assuming 25+ members and add other incomes • Prepare income / exp voucher as a record fr all involved • Release half year statement by 15 Aug and 15 Feb • Make payment to TMI by 1st Oct / 1st April • Plan and implement at least one revenue generation drive to meet the target • Keep members informed time and again about the financial situation See!
