  1. When you analyse a still image it is important to be able to identify and consider the effect of the shot choice. When analysing moving media texts notice how directors use a range of shots. When you create storyboards for your own coursework try to incorporate a range of shots rather than using all medium shots or close ups. You should be able to recognise the different shot types used to construct the images shots in the following slides.
