Roles, responsibilities and duties of care assistant in Almond Tree Residential Centre are described below: Fulfilling the requirements and needs: This is the main role which are assistant has to play. care assistant has to make bed, prepare meal, provide the patient with timely meditations, etc. In short, care assistant has to perform also the basic requirement of the patients. Cooperate with other members- Working as a care assistant in Almond Tree Residential Centre, I have to support and cooperate with every staff members, so, they can share their ideas, suggestions and problems.
