  3. Patient 2 • 65 year old female • Anosmia • Rigidity localized to left foot • Pronounced resting tremor • No familial history of similar symptoms • Your diagnosis? • A) ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) • B) MD (muscular dystrophy) • C) MS (multiple sclerosis) • D) PD (Parkinson’s disease)
