  15. HOMEWORK • Much of what students are expected to know will be done in class. Students may also have approximately 45 minutes of homework per night which may include reading, daily assignments, and a variety of projects. • Work is late if it is not turned in when homework is collected.

  19. Classroom Guidelines Prompt, Prepared, Productive, Polite • Come to class prepared to learn. • Follow directions the first time • Treat others with respect • Keep hands, feet, objects, and noises to yourself.

  20. Classroom Guidelines • Consequences: • Verbal Warning • 15 minute detention • 30 minute detention • Student meets with the team • Parent /Student/Teacher Meeting • Pupil Action Report (PAR)

  21. MISCELLANEOUS • Study back is available after school from 3-3:30 Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays • Books are your responsibility • Guest teachers will be treated with ultimate respect. Failure to do so will result in a one hour detention. • In an emergency situation, please listen attentively to the teacher’s instructions. • Assignment sheets must be utilized.

  22. Attendance • Attendance is important! When students are absent, they are responsible for the work they missed. • Students absent more than 2 days may request work through the office. • Remember to notify the office when your child is absent for any reason. (268-6526)
