This type of doctor specializes in how to treat and prevent problems with the cardiovascular system. If you are dreaming of becoming a cardiologist, the first thing, after graduating from high school, is to go to premed school. You will need a four-year degree from an accredited institution, and it's best to major in pre-med, although no particular major is needed. Toward the end of your college career, you need to take the MCAT. Once you get your score back and graduate, it is fairly simple to apply to medical school, as you just fill out your application and

This is done by checking the vitals, blood testing, ECG testing, or performing x- rays. By doing this, you can diagnose and treat any problems quickly with the appropriate medicine.
