  6. Process Learning Outcomes Development Plan Outline Monthly Breakdown

  7. Learning Outcome • Hall Directors will be able to discuss and further explore the complexities of the first year college student experience.

  8. Plan Outline • Staff meeting discussions • Each month one member of staff will present on a topic and include a relevant article, excerpt of a book or news story within Higher education and include discussion questions. • The topics will be up to the Hall Director and will focus on the first year college experience, current events affecting higher education or student affairs, or another topic if pre-approved by Supervisor. • Each discussion/presentation should be 20-30 minutes in length. • All staff members are expected to actively participate in the discussion.

  10. Writing Learning Outcomes

  11. Measureable: Observable not necessarily countable Meaningful: We only have so much time. Manageable: Available time and resources.

  13. Audience will be able to behaviordegree as a result of condition. • Staff will be able to compare and contrast 4 survey question types as a result of completing the Assessment 210 Module.
