  1. DATABASE: THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR STORE: RETAIL ADVERTISEING STARTS IN THE STORE! NJ currently has 4,192 customers in their database. Most DCs are well over 15,000 names! We are sending emails out monthly. If you don’t have customers in the database – nobody will receive your emails! Introducing the Frequency App: Retailtainment concept: draw customers in to database & make it easy for customers to sign in! Cut cost and annoyance: filling out, mailing, entering, PRINTING cards… Track frequent customers vs. “1 timers” Run ad campaigns accordingly Offer incentives for multi-visits vs. discounts on each visit Need new cards? Last year you chose to do a Black Friday Giveaway and each store received a 32” TV to give away. More details to come based on budget. LOCAL RACING: WORLD OF OUTLAWS: NAPA was the presenting sponsor for the World of Outlaws 50 Sprint Car Series at New Egypt Speedway again this year ATLANTIC CITY INDOOR MIDGET RACE: NAPA was the title sponsor for the 2nd year in a row.
