  1. SPONSORSHIP Aurelius work with sponsors for limited engagements and opportunities are in alignment with our mission and values. Sponsorships with Aurelius not influence the content of our programs, and sponsors are not involved in the development or interpretation of information presented by us. Our Sponsorship Philosophy: Sponsorship should align with the mission and values of our organization.Aurelius is committed to featuring sponsorships which highlight products and services relevant to the practice of pediatric nutrition. Aurelius is committed to the use of evidence-based research and practice. All sponsorship opportunities are contingent upon approval from Aurelius.

Silver Sponsor This branding package will include: • 1 table space booth at the conference. • Company Literature will be inserted in the delegate kit. • Name and logo will be prominently displayed at the conference venue on the main backdrop as Silver Sponsor”. • Name and logo will be included in the event brochures, press advertisements, event website and all other promotional material as “Silver Sponsor” of the event. • Logo will be displayed as “Silver Sponsor” on ‘Sponsor Panels outside the conference venue. • 1-complimentary delegate pass for the conference. • Listing of company’s name & logo in the Conference Publication.

Gold Sponsor This branding package will include: • 2 table space booth at the conference. • Company Literature will be inserted in the delegate kit. • Name and logo will be prominently displayed at the conference venue on the main backdrop as Gold Sponsor”. • Name and logo will be included in the event brochures, press advertisements, event website and all other promotional material as “Gold Sponsor” of the event. • Logo will be displayed as “Gold Sponsor” on ‘Sponsor Panels’ outside the conference venue. • 2-complimentary delegate passes for the conference. • Listing of company’s name & logo in the Conference Publication.

Platinum Sponsor This branding package will include: • 3 table space booth at the conference. • Company Literature will be inserted in the delegate kit. • Name and logo will be prominently displayed at the Conference Venue on the main backdrop as “Platinum Sponsor”. • Name and logo will be included in the event brochures, press advertisements, event website and all other promotional material as “Platinum Sponsor” of the event. • Logo will be displayed as “Platinum Sponsor” on ‘Sponsor Panels’ outside the conference venue. • 3-complimentary delegate passes for the conference. • Listing of company’s name & logo in the Conference Publication. • Two corporate sponsored workshop slots (audio visual included).

  5. Additional Sponsorship opportunities Host the late night Cocktail party to commence the meeting. Pre-event promotion and branded signage set all through the bar area. Exclusive and non-exclusive sponsorship options are accessible. Food, special drink offers, decorations and entertainment are not included in the fee.
