  7. Egress (not evacuation) Aim: to stagger egress over a 3 hour period into transport hub Safe egress Positive spectator experience Support transport operation What will be there? Venue and concessions would remain open for 2hrs after session closes Have a go area, mascot activation, non amplified music Relay footage from other Olympic venues on big screens Training on the lake How will we do it? Communication in advance via A5, on screen & PA messages near end of comp Announcements through PA and video screens informing spectators throughout e.g. Transport hub timings, sports coming up on screen etc. Stewarding

Transport plans - Egress • Decision Point 1: • walk to northern entry / exit • remain in venue for athlete training • proceed to Downtown Dorney / exit venue • Decision Point 2: • exit venue / walk to Windsor along art trail • exit venue via Thames bridge • Decision Point 3: • Left - Blue Badge / Marketing Partners • Right - all other spectators • Decision Point 4: • French Brothers river ferry • Taxi / Private Hire vehicles • Spectator shuttles to Rail / P&R • Cycle / Motorcycle parking • walk to Windsor / Maidenhead via A308
