  2. facts • There were 29 branch roads, and multiple bypasses • All the roads together equaled about 12,000 miles • The way they discovered the trail was by a farmer who went to his backyard to check his crops and saw a box full of Vietnamese weapons • 132 aircraft were shoot down over the trail 107 of them were the united state air force planes

  3. In what branch of the service did you serve? What was your rank? What did you do? I was a U.S. Marine Sargent. I was a helicopter crew chief and a door gunner Mr.Meza

Describe the living conditions and things that he looked forward to The living conditions were o.k. and the food was o.k. one thing I do not eat anymore is “spam” because we had plenty of that in Vietnam. In my leisure time, would drink a “hot” beer, we did not have ice and I looked forward to getting a care package from home
