  8. Where We Were • Prior to 2010/2011 • Using Excel to Make Official’s Schedules • Paper Registration • Register and Pay In-Person • Excel Rosters and Score Sheets • Paper Team Schedules and Standings • Schedules Created Manually • In-Person Captain’s Meetings

  19. What We Don’t Like • Loss of Face-to-Face Contact with Participants • Numbers Decreased in First Year • Learning Curve for Participants • No Printer-Friendly Standings Format • PayPal Fees • Announcements Get Viewed as Spam by Many Participants • 32-Team Double Elimination Bracket Maximum

  20. What We Like • Time-Saving • Easier Communication • Instant Updates Sent to Employees with Shift Changes • Auto-Generated Statistics and Employee Information • Central Location for Employee Use • Update Availability • Check Schedules • Ask for Trades

  21. What We Don’t Like • Difficult to Combine Staffs • Time-Off Request Feature Can be Confusing • Learning Curve for Students
