  2. goal • Define the purpose of the assessment activities and align these with institutional goals. • Understand practical applications of basic assessment concepts. • Identify appropriate methodologies to use. • Set up an assessment team and project plan. • Test the methods in a pilot. • Finalize the project plan.

  3. process • Create core group: • VP for Assessment • Director of Institutional Planning & Research • Principal Assessment Analyst • Chair of Faculty Senate • IT Director responsible for T&L

  4. process • Invite entire campus to weekly meetings • Campus-wide announcement • Discussion in Faculty Senate • Web page, updated to outline weekly topics • Donuts!!!
