  4. 模式模擬的基本概念 • 模式(Modeling) 對被表示物的部分作抽象的表示或模仿。 • 被表示物 • 實際物件、系統、過程、或觀念 • 抽象的表示或模仿 • 物理的、數學的、或其他合乎邏輯的表示方式。 • 在建模的過程中，只對被表示物做部分的描述，而非完整的描述，

  5. 模式模擬的基本概念 • 模擬(Simulation) • 包括兩個動作： • 建模(Modeling) • 在模式上執行實驗 • 模擬的目的 • 為增進我們對被表示物(行為)的瞭解，或 • 評估在模式運作上所採取的策略的優缺點。

  6. 模式模擬資訊共通平台發展研究 • 本研究的目標 • 建立國軍「模式模擬共用資訊平台」 一同時構聯 • 真實(Live)、 • 虛擬(Virtual)、及 • 仿眞(Constructive)等作業模式之 存、取、流動資訊平台， 並實現 • 多重解析度快速模組組合式模式模擬(Rapidly Composable and Scalable Models & Simulations)的發展觀念。

  7. 模式模擬資訊共通平台 • 真實模擬(Live Simulation) • 是指模擬系統中真正的人操作眞實的裝備的部分。 • (A simulation involving real people operating real systems) • 例如：單兵實彈射擊或野戰訓練 • 虛擬模擬(Virtual Simulation) • 是指模擬系統中真人操作模擬裝備的部分。 • (A simulation involving real people operating simulated systems) • 例如：航空飛行訓練儀 • 仿眞模擬(Constructive Simulation) • 是指模擬系統中有模擬的人操作模擬裝備的部分，也就是一般所稱呼的電腦生成武力(CGF，Computer Generated Force)。 • (Models and simulations that involve simulated people operating simulated systems. Real people stimulate (make inputs) to such simulations, but are not involved in determining the outcomes.)

  8. 模式模擬資訊共通平台 • 多重解析度快速模組組合式模式模擬 • (Rapidly Composable and Scalable Models & Simulations) • 包括兩個概念： • 快速模組組合(Rapidly Composable Models)及 • 多重解析度模式(Scalable Models)。 • 快速模組組合 • 是指可快速的將模式庫中所需要的模組作組合，架構成所需要的模式模擬系統。 • (Reusable models which are easily put together to conduct simulations) • 多重解析度模式 • 是指模式庫中的模組可支援不同解析度的模式模擬。 • (Multi-resolution models which can support different resolution simulations)
