  9. User Research so far KNOWLEDGE WE RAISEDI.e. 1) “Make conversation instead of counting minutes”2) Both Copenhagen passengers and Ringsted passengers had similarities and differences in experiencing the waiting. Bus passengers from Ringsted experienced the waiting as a social event, while Copenhagen bus passengers experienced the waiting as something to get over it.3) Even though we tried to avoid focus on time, bus passengers found it difficult to let go - their main experience of waiting was time itself. 10. We want to develop a project to change peoples waiting experiences. I.e. We realized that commuters tend to feel bored or irritated while waiting for a bus. We therefore decided to create a better atmosphere at the bus stop. Interaction Design at ITU, Fall 2006 Simona Maschi and Heather Martin
