  4. Chapter 9: Becoming An Expert Source How and why are you or your Nonprofit an “Expert” on cause? Describe your expertise Describe the word of mouth about your Nonprofit as you have come to know it. What is your track record (explain) in carrying out your Nonprofit’s work?
