Cityhood initiatives to the North that: Create demographically homogeneous enclaves Gerrymander to be politically predictable Cherry pick commercial property in a beggar-thy-neighbor fashion that reduces economic viability of remaining unincorporated DeKalb Issues with DeKalb County that disrupted long-standing trust and understandings with DH

  3. DHCA Approach to Date Gain awareness by forming a workgroup to follow and study the issue Informthe community Representthe community effectively by understanding community perspectives and preferences
