4. 200 Hour Teacher Training Our online yoga teacher training is the perfect fit for anyone who simply doesn't have the time in their busy schedule to commit to a group training. You will be given exclusive access to more than 24 HD videos that you can watch at your own pace. These professionally shot and edited videos were created over the course of 1 year as Michael traveled from Los Angeles to New York City to Puerto Rico. These videos include all of the exact same modules and content from our live group training, including; the history of yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, nutrition, asana, assisting & adjusting, using props, the business of yoga and much more! You will still have some 'one-on-one time' with Michael or his trainers on the phone and / or FaceTime or Skype. And you always have the option to meet us in person in L.A., N.Y. or on one of our upcoming destination retreats. Once you complete this training you will be fully certified to teach yoga!
