This year’s theme is “Conscience of a Nation.” When: Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005 at 5:30 PM Where: The Des Moines Marriott Downtown 700 Grand Ave. in Des Moines Banquet tickets are $40.00 per person and include a one-year membership to the NAACP.
