The Process • PLG will advertise your position • We will arrange interview days • We will conduct the 1st interview on your behalf, including a psychometric and IQ test • You will then final interview the short listed candidates and make your final decision • Interviews and bespoke skill testing can be recorded and presented on DVD for more senior roles

The Interview Process • We can hold open interview days at your site or at a location local. • We can Interview candidates for any vacancy, We have specialist interviewers in Sales, Aftersales & Management • PLG also offer a unique service to our clients and can provide DVD recorded interviews!! • Our unique Interviewing process guarantees a distinctive standard of candidate.

And Finally • If we do not have the candidate already on our database PLG will not charge you for any advertising in Trade magazines or Internet sites. • We will assist you all the way in your search for the perfect candidate to work within your dealership. • PLG will only invoice you at the moment of appointment therefore the risk of you incurring any costs until that moment are ZERO!
