EGEE Training Follow-on survey 2009 • Conducted on past EGEE training course participants • 120 respondents in this most recent survey • The following slides are summaries of responses questions asked to participants concerning their “User” course and their subsequent situation. • It should also be noted that Users often: • start using EGEE on their own (some new users can learn a lot in 2 days) • they may get help from the EGEE support teams to port new applications to the infrastructure and leverage existing, domain specific applications. GILDA submissions (since 1/10/08) • - "DONE" counts only jobs exiting with success;  jobs ending with a "Done failure“ are not included in the “DONE” count • Level of Failures is high on training events due to new trainees submitting jobs with incorrect configuration • -CONDOR also includes resubmitted jobs (eg failures at first attempt) and collection of jobs NA3 – Robin McConnell - EGEE-III First Review 24-25 June 2009
