Règle commune • 37 heures par semaine • Lundi au Jeudi : 8h30 17h00, 1 heure de pose à midi : 7h30 • Vendredi 8h30 16h30, 1 heure de pose à midi • Aménagements individuels possibles • RTT : pour compenser la fermeture de fin d ’année • Pas plus qu’une semaine consécutive de congés ou RTT pendant le shut-down.

  3. Règle commune (2) • Modulation • 2 semaines de préavis • Période de référence • 1er Janvier 31 Décembre • Date d ’application • Lundi 5 Mars 2001

  4. Cas particuliers • B&S International France (SARL) • Accord pas encore signé dans l ’entreprise • Jusqu’à nouvel avis (Fin Avril, ou Juin) 39 heures par semaine selon l ’ancien horaire de travail • Pas de RTT ni flexibilité

  5. Cas particuliers (2) • SERCO Facilities Management SA • jusqu’à fin Mars : 40heures par semaine, pas de RTT ni flexibilité • 02 Avril … (peut être jusqu’à 4 mois) • 37 heures par semaines • compensation : chaque 4 semaines 2 demi jours ou 1 jour complet
