  2. Pregatire pentru negocierile anuale: • date istorice volum/valoare/discounturi • investitii in mkt • nr de articole • promotii comparative competitori • propuneri plan afaceri • analiza P&L client

  3. Participam la traininguri, in tara sau chiar in strainatate, unde suntem pregatiti: • modul de gandire al buyerului pe canal de retail • modul in care sunt pregatiti retailerii • contracarare obiectii • pregatire role play-uri

  4. La negocieri ne prezentam cat putem noi de bine • obtinem ce ne-am propus • nu obtinem ce ne-am propus • semnam intelegerea anuala • nu semnam intelegerea anuala

Urmeaza anul cu pricina : obiectul negocierii • avem negociat un anumit spatiu de raft • avem negociat un nr de promotii • avem negociat un nr de pozitionari secundare • avem negociat un schimb de date • avem negociata respectarea unui prêt recomandat de raft in promotie • avem negociat un discount in schimbul unui serviciu numit livrare centralizata ( depozit central, platforma, etc ) • avem negociat un contract de achizitie marfa

  6. Pot fi trase oare concluzii? • se intampla astfel de lucruri in tarile mai civilizate ? • e vina sistemelor ? • sunt balkanii de vina ?
