  3. Preparation

  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comment

  5. Remove Battery 1. Turn the notebook over. 2. Unlock and hold the latches, and turn over the battery.

  6. Remove ODD Module ODD HDD/Memory Door Unlock the latch and push the ODD module out.

  7. Remove Memory Module M2.5*10 M2.5*6 Remove 6 screws and take HDD/Memory door away.

  8. Remove Memory Module - continued HDD Pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pull out the module in that angle.

  9. Remove HDD Module M2.5*6 Remove 1 screw and pull out the HDD module.

  10. Remove Keyboard Module 1. Release the latches and take the Keyboard up.

  11. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 2. Disconnect the cable and take the Keyboard away.

  12. Remove WLAN&WWAN Module M2*4 WWAN WLAN Remove 2 screws and 4 antennas to take the two modules away.

  13. Remove Top Cover Module M2.5*6 M2.5*10 M2*3 1. Remove 18 screws.

  14. Remove Top Cover Module - continued M2*5 M2.5*6 2. Remove 2 screws and 5 cables and take Top Cover away.

  15. Remove USB Board & Speaker Module Remove the screws and take USB board and Speaker away.

  16. Remove Motherboard Module Mini board Motherboard CRT BD Card Reader BD M2*4 Remove 3 cables and 1 screw to take the Motherboard away

  17. Remove CRT Board Module M2*4 Remove the screw and take CRT Board away.

  18. Remove Card Reader Board Module M2*4 Remove the screws and take Card Reader Board away.

  19. Remove Mini Board Module M2*4 Remove the screw and take Mini Board away.

  20. Remove LCD Module M2.5*6 Release all antennas, remove screws then take LCD module away.

  21. Disassemble LCD Module Disassemble upper side first M2.5*6 1. Remove 4 rubbers and screws then take the LCD front cover away.

  22. Disassemble LCD Module - continued M2.5*6 2. Remove 4 screws to take LCD away.

  23. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 3. Disconnect LCD cable and Camera cable.
