LA BASE DE DONNEES DES REFERENCES IMMOBILIERES DES NOTAIRES Les références immobilières, transmises par les notaires pour chaque transaction, sont organisées en 2 bases de données : ð l’une pour l'Île-de-France :B.I.E.N. l’autre pour la Province :Perval ð • tout le territoire métropolitain depuis 1994 • plus de 8 millions de ventes enregistrées • dont plus de 1 300 000 pour la région Rhône-Alpes « Tous les prix correspondent aux prix de vente hors droits, hors commissions, hors frais et hors mobilier »
