  1. The Hartford American Society For Quality announces the Fall 2010 CERTIFIED QUALITY ENGINEER (CQE) REFRESHER PROGRAM In preparation for the ASQ CQE Exam Saturday, December 4, 2010 ASQ Application Deadline: October 15, 2010

What is the CQE program all about? • A comprehensive training program that develops the skill set of a quality or manufacturing professional in the following body of knowledge: • Management and Leadership in Quality Engineering • Quality Systems Development, Implementation, and Verification • Planning, Controlling, and Assuring Product and Process Quality • Reliability and Risk Management • Problem Solving and Quality Improvement • Quantitative Methods (Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, Statistical Decision Making, etc.) • Recognition as a “CERTIFIED QUALITY ENGINEER” by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) upon passing a five hour, 160 multiple choice exam on Saturday, December 4, 2010 • Candidates must register with the American Society for Quality by October 15, 2010. Do not delay!! Go to http://www.asqhartford.org/to register. • COST: All costs outlined on the Hartford ASQ website along with directions to the Institute for Technology & Business Development Space is limited so don’t delay!!
